“Health is really wealth” and the key is to mark eating right and exercising a life priority. No matter where she is on the globe, the fitness fanatic sets her alarm a little early, climbs right out of bed and starts her day off with a half-hour of yoga. Quick, sure. But it’s effective, she says. It makes her aware of her body from the get-go, ensuring she keeps her commitment to health at the top of her mind all day.
When she has time, Miranda also hits the gym for intense circuit training which she does for 90 minutes, ideally four times a week. The workouts include 30 minutes of running (alternating jogging and sprints), 20 minutes of rope jumping (with more advanced moves like double-skips, one legged jumps and knee tucks), plus 20 minutes of upper-body moves with dumbbells and 20 minutes of lower-body exercises like squats and lunges - all with only 30-second rests between sets to maximise the aerobic effect.
